Payment terms

These terms govern the payments you make on Tenant-1793785532915 — purchases, backings and wallet top-ups.

1. Amount

The amount you pay is the order amount shown on the payment screen. It is set by the server and cannot be changed during payment. Any service fee or tax is shown separately before you pay.

2. Payment methods

The payment screen offers only the methods the site has enabled at that time.

• Card: Payment is taken through a licensed payment institution; your card details are not stored in our system. Your bank may ask for extra verification (3-D Secure).
• Bank transfer: You send the amount to the account shown, together with the reference code on the screen. Transfers without the reference code may not be matched. Confirmation usually takes 1–2 business days.
• Crypto: You send the exact amount shown to the address given, on the network you chose. Transfers on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be recoverable; network fees are yours. The payment is final after network confirmation.
• Balance: You pay with your wallet balance; if it does not cover the total, you can pay the rest with another method.

3. Confirmation and order

When your payment is confirmed, the order is completed and you are notified. Do not pay again while a payment awaits confirmation; you can follow its status on the order page.

4. Failed and duplicate payments

If a payment cannot be completed, no amount is taken from your account, or any amount taken is returned by the payment institution. If you paid twice by mistake, let us know; the extra amount is refunded.

5. Refunds

A justified refund is made to the method used for payment. A crypto refund goes back on the coin and network used; a bank transfer refund goes to the sending account. How long a refund takes may depend on the method.

6. Security

Do not share your payment details with anyone. We never ask for payment details by e-mail or message; tell us at once if something looks suspicious.
